Donation Request

We love this amazing community, and hosting Gem State Comic Con gives us another opportunity to support our community and help local organizations create positive impacts. As a fan-driven convention, we are committed to giving back through donations of tickets and other resources to causes that align with our mission of bringing fandoms and community together and nurture creativity. 

 

If you represent an organization or program that would benefit from Gem State Comic Con tickets or other in-kind donations, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you're working to bring joy to underserved groups or supporting a meaningful cause, we’re here to help however we can. While we wish we could accommodate every request, we will do our best to contribute where we can.

What We Donate:

• Gem State Comic Con tickets: We donate tickets to local organizations and programs, particularly those helping individuals who might not otherwise have access to the convention.

• Limited monetary donations: We offer a small number of financial contributions for organizations with a clear, compelling need. These are considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

​Please note:

• Donations are available exclusively for organizations; we do not donate directly to individuals. However, we are happy to provide tickets to individuals through local programs and organizations, ensuring those who would otherwise be unable to attend can experience the event.

• Due to budget limitations, monetary donations are limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Gem State Comic Con reserves the right to decline any donation request.

How to Request a Ticket Donation:

Please complete the donation request form below with details about your organization and how the donation will help your cause. We review all requests and do our best to support as many organizations as possible.
